With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dixie L. Carter of Lake Nebagamon, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 10, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Maurice Allen and Donna Gupton (Hummel); her children, Jessica Kastning (Jim) of Ponca, NE, Michelle Hanna of Cleghorn, IA., Rick Carter of Lake Nebagamon, WI and Brandi Little (Mark) of Lake Nebagamon, WI; her grandchildren, Nick, Katy (Dillion), Michael, Dylan, Allissa, Morgan, Aubree, Colton, Liam, Abbie, Sadie, Alayna, Brandon Carter, Cayden and Lindsey; and her cousin Mark Walker. She was also cherished by cousins, many friends and co-workers.
