He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Armstrong and Ludmilla Armstrong (Kostner); and his brother-in-law Jim Cox. He is survived by: his son Terry Armstrong (Debbie) of Cottage Grove; his grandchildren, Tiffany Huemmer (Chris), Kristyn Salcedo (Eyner), Justin Yapp (Amanda), Krystal Bower and Tiffany Yapp (Michael Feest); his great grandchildren, Hayden, Blake, Izan, Valeria, Liam, Arya, Kaleb, Rayne and Ella; and his siblings, Norma Cox of Sun Prairie, David Armstrong (Cindy) of Texas, Laverne Armstrong (Bonnie) of Missouri and Laurette Garrido (Victor) of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church (1530 S Main St, Lake Mills, WI 53551). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
