He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Kasten and Eunice Kasten (Howe); his sister Mary Kasten Cromey (Anthony); and his aunt Royla Howe. He is survived by: his brother Tom Kasten (Kathy); his nieces, Kathy Cromey Freye (Michael), Megan Kasten Holz (Mike) and Kara Kasten Krausse (Keith); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayden, Keaton Krausse, Peter Freye, Harper, Marlow, Malin Holz and Molly Freye (Steve Leiterman).
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Lake Mills Area Community Foundation Inc. for an agricultural scholarship which is being established in memory of Wayne.
