He is survived by: his son James Bird (Kristen) of Madison; his stepchildren, Brandi Dye of Janesville, Ron Larson of Abingdon, TJ Crick (Amanda) of Janesville and Tyler Fish (Emily) of Janesville; his grandson Michael Bird of Madison; his stepchildren, Jonathan Simmons of Madison, Keegan, Jillian Spooner of Janesville, Bailey, Seth Larson of Abingdon, Ill., Madelyn Cooper, Addison, Grace, Brooklyn Fish of Janesville and Elijah Crick of Janesville; and his siblings, Janet, Kathy, Karen, Rebecca, Sherry, Robert and Jennie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
