He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Benisch and Anna Benisch (Maertz); and his brother Ronald Benisch. He is survived by: his wife Christine Gerstner; his children, Jason Benisch of Fort Atkinson, Amanda Benisch of Lake Mills and Matthew Benisch of Jessup, MD; and his brothers, Larry (Kathy Haumschild), Raymond Gerstner and Daryl Gerstner. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church (1530 S Main St, Lake Mills, WI 53551). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
