She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Edward Tetley and Icylene Tetley (Schoonover); her daughter Melissa Lynch; and her brother Robert. She is survived by: her husband Clif Warwick of Lake Mills, WI; her children, Amanda (Doug) and Chad Patrick (Dawn); her grandchildren, Darian Mendell (Travis), Devin Bowling (Katie), Delaney Bowling, Ashli, Logan and Tyler Patrick; and her stepchildren, Paula Anderson Milwaukee (JJ) and Bill Warwick Milwaukee.

In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations be made to Rainbow Hospice in Johnson Creek, WI.
