He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mundt and Ruth Mundt (Masche); and his siblings, Gerald Mundt and Carole Wolfgram. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Denise L. of Waterloo, Duwayne R. of Lake Mills and Brian C. (Ann) of Waterloo; his brothers, Thomas Mundt (Debra) and Rodney Mundt (Lee); and his sister-in-law Marge Mundt. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
