It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita E. Bill of Lake Mills, Wisconsin, born in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Horkan and Ellen Horkan; her brothers, Jim Horkan (Nancy) and Duane Horkan (Jean); her grandson Alex Wuestenberg; her parents-in-law, Margaret and Simon Bill; her siblings, Dan Horkan (Donna) and Marge Rosecky (Fran); and her siblings-in-law, Ronnie, Bob Bill and Betty Bill.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Brian Bill (Beth), Cathy Flesher (Chip), Jean Kunert (John), Mary Wuestenberg (Donn) and Beth Cordy (Shawn); her grandchildren, Kelly Hildebrand (Paul), Kyle Kunert (Carmen), Emily Swieca (Matt), Lydia Ramseyer (James), Becca Rollins (Brad), Megan Leibforth (Lucas), Abby Wuestenberg, Brooke Zirzow (Zach), Bridget Flesher, Brian Cordy and Lauren Cordy; her great grandchildren, Linley Hildebrand, Philip Ramseyer, Ezra Ramseyer, Simeon Ramseyer, Ruby Swieca and Dean Rolllins; her sister Teresa Devault (Chuck); her siblings-in-law, Donna Horkan, Jean Horkan, Bonnie Bill, Judy Bill, Lynn Bill and Butch Bill; and her pet Ditto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Masks are recommended for all attendees regardless of vaccination status.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Lake Mills EMS, Rainbow Hospice in Johnson Creek, or St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Watertown, WI.
