He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelch and Leona Kelch (Ottow); his spouse Marion A. Wolff; and his brother Roger Kelch. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Ann Hildebrandt (Luther); his granddaughters, Michelle Kuehl (Thomas) of Clyman and Tammy Knickmeier (Josh) of Cambridge; and his great grandchildren, Luke Kopfer (Kelsey), Logan Kopfer, Maverick Spoke, Garrett Spoke, Sawyer Spoke and Jaden Knickmeier. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
