He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Clark and Marguerite Clark; his sister Judy Welch; and his granddaughter Melissa Clark. He is survived by: his wife Julie Clark of Lake Mills; his children, Patrick Clark (Kim) of Oak Creek, Wayde Hughey (Jill) of Waunakee, Kristi DeMeneghi (Joe) of Minnetonka, Jill Radke (Michael) of Lake Mills and Ann Brezenski (Tom) of Oconomowoc; his grandchildren, Megan Larson (Matt), Miranda Lentz (Josh) of Racine, Mitchell Clark of Oak Creek, Tatiana, Viviana DeMeneghi of Minnetonka, Kelsey Brezenski of Sacramento, CA, Drew Brezenski of Madison, Mckenna, Connor and Ian Hughey of Waunakee; his great grandchildren, Oliver Lentz and Phoebe Larson of Racine; his brother Charles Clark (Jeanette) of Punta Gorda, FL; and his brother-in-law Frank Sacho (Mary) of Cedarburg.
