He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Heitz and Lydia Heitz (Amborn); and his brother Gordon. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Chilsen of Paul's Lutheran Church; his children, Thomas Heitz (Mary Berry) of Jefferson and Kerri Houston (Bradley) of Port St; his grandchildren, Thomas L. C. Heitz, Courtney Houston and Taylor Volkens (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Dallas and Lyric. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
