He is survived by: his wife Ann Lenius Hepp; his children, Laurie Null (Scott), Rebecca Erb (David) and Jeff Garthwait (Jodi); the mother of his children Judy Garthwait; his children, Jan Hepp and Jeremy Hepp (Monica); his grandchildren, Kortney Bishell, Haylee Erb, Grace Garthwait, Samuel Garthwait, Cameron Hepp, Justine Hepp and Carliann Hepp; his great grandchild Parker White; his sister Gloria Froemming; and his niece Suzanne Froemming. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
