She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hart and Jean Hart; her brother Jerrold Hart; and her uncle Harry Gross. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Radke; her children, Harmony Witt Radke and Cody Witt; her stepchildren, Tim Radke and Elizabeth Brown; her siblings, John Hart of Muskitio, WA, Renee Hart Thomson of Pollock Pines, CA and Cheryl Buckland of Nordland, WA; her grandchildren, Cole Radke, Kaylee Radke, Jack Radke, Sophia Witt, Clay Witt and Charlie Radke; her nieces and nephews, Joshua Hart (Chely), Chris Hart (Sammie), Steven Hart, Kyle Thomson, Kory Hart, Elisha Garigilo and Kyia Hart Bean; her aunts, Dorothy O'Connor and Joan Gross; and her uncle Nelson O'Connor. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, because of Jackie's fond love of animals a donation to an animal rescue would be appreciated.
