He is survived by: his mother Linda Damm (Birrenkott); his wife Michelle Damm (Roth); his daughter Katara; his father Steven Damm; his sister Danielle Damm of Columbus; his grandparents, Eugene and Phyllis Damm of Columbus; his parents-in-law, John, Shelly Roth and Lodi; and his siblings-in-law, Matthew Roth (Alyssa) of Chicago and Merriellen Stevens (Nathan) of Oconomowoc.
