He was predeceased by: his parent Gerald Sr; and his brothers, Wayne, Phillip, Danny and William "Bill".
He is survived by: his parent Elvira Haberman, Sr. (Dorshorst); his siblings, Stuart, Greg (Jill), Guy, Warren (Jaye), Barb Rosenow (Joel), Marilyn Kuhl (Jerry) and Wendy Beckman (Matt); his friend Suzy; and his goddaughter Serena Koller (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and three great great nieces.
