He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hermann and Agnes Hermann (Rantzow); his grandson Toby Schroedl; and his siblings, Dennis Hermann, Larry Hermann and Joyce Wiese.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Schroedl (Brent) of Fort Atkinson and Laura Hermann of Lake Mills; his grandchildren, Morgan Schroedl, Emma Schroedl, Cody Schroedl and Grace Hermann; and his close friend Otto. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
