He was predeceased by: his parents, George Janzen and Evelyn Janzen (Sammons); his siblings, William, Herbert and Georgianna Kazlun; and his brother-in-law Jerry Kazlun.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Louise Hartmann; his sons, James (Julie Fosdal) and John (Cindy Kennedy); his grandsons, Lance and Hunter; his great grandchildren, Natalie and Noah; and his sisters-in-law, Geri and Sue (Michael Hagy). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Rainbow Hospice of Jefferson, or the charity or organization of one's choice.
