She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Bostwick and Clara Bostwick (Steinke); her husband Larry Booth; her son Jasper; her siblings, Chuck Bostwick and Dawn Simmons; and her brother-in-law Dean Simmons.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Mulvaney (Dennis) of Reeseville, WI and Jack Bostwick (Kay) of Lake Mills, WI; and her sister-in-law Becky Bostwick of Lake Mills. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
