With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Johnson of Lake Mills, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 13, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Barbara Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Barbara Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Butler and Marie Butler (Scherer); her former husband Benny Collins; her brother Richard Butler; and her son Daniel Collins.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald Collins; her husband Lewis "Lewie" Johnson; her sons, Jon Collins of Dodgeville and Thomas Collins (Renee) of Lake Mills; and her sister-in-law Patricia Butler of Madison.
