He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Meghan Crisp (Rob) and Kristin Pellicori (Frank); his grandchildren, Colin, Leo, Mae and Freddie; and his brother Tony Jackowski (Sharon). He is also survived by three nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to Geneva Lake Museum or the Geneva Lakes YMCA.
