It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Fedyna-Irwin (Lake Geneva, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ted Zytkiewicz, Grace Zytkiewicz, David Fedyna and Virginia Fedyna. She is survived by: her parents, George Fedyna and Diane Fedyna (Zytkiewicz) of Lake Geneva; her aunt Karen Zytkiwicz; her cousins, Thomas Emily Megan, Sara Zytkiwicz, Debbie Cannistra, Bonnie Ricica, Ricky Fedyna, Cindy Fedyna and Sherre Bogoff Ricia; her children, Georgia and Tami; her aunts and uncles, Charles Ricica, Richard Fedyna, Darlene Fedyna and Marianne Zytkiewicz; and also, Georgia Irwin of Lake Geneva, Renee Devito (Tony), Thomas and Marion Fedyna.
In lieu of flowers donations will be made to Georgia Irwin for educational endeavors.
