He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Strokes and Judy Strokes; his stepfather Stephen Miller; his sisters, Cheryl Petrie (Wayne) and Michelle Kinney (Matthew); and his nieces and nephews, Cassie Farris (Jason), Nicole, Michael, Sydney, Emily, Nicholas, Jaxton, Emery and Landry.
Donations can be made in Rick's honor to Covenant Harbor Bible Camp in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin for improvements to its Boat House, a spot near and dear to Rick's heart.
