She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norine Claffey and Edward James Claffey; her husband Robert W. Smyth; her friend Cuzzie Sutton; her children, Carla, Norine, Ragen Gillam (Mike) and Rob; her grandchildren, Lisa Marie Moulton Gettier (Paul), Henry Gillam (Elizabeth), Rosie Gillam (Josh Bland), Aubrie Smyth, Robby Smyth and Jackson Smyth; and her great grandchild Lila Ann Gettier.
In lieu of flowers, Dee's wish was that donations be considered for the William Guy Forbeck Research Foundation.
