She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard C. Halsey and Dora J. Halsey (Teal); and her sister-in-law Linda Halsey. She is survived by: her husband James L. Koutsky; her children, Thomas Christiansen, Neil Christiansen (Micki) and Dawn Koutsky; her grandchildren, Duncan, Nico and Jake; and her brothers, Jim Halsey, Neal Halsey (Linda), Rich Halsey (Gail) and Bill Halsey (Bonnie).
