He is survived by: his former wife Jeanette Michaelis; his brother Del; his children, Steven of Concord, NC, Sandra Anderson, Kristine Lefko (Joe) and Michael of Elkhorn, WI.; his grandchildren, Andrew, Kyle, Adam, Ryan, Evan, Aaron and Arik; his great grandchild Carter; his sister Delores Cash of East Troy, WI.; and his sister-in-law Arlene Krohn of Lake Geneva, WI.. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
