She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Calato and Marie Calato (Wertz). She is survived by: her children, Jack Fazio of Lake Geneva, Gina Fazio of Lake Geneva, Frankie Fazio of Waterford and Joseph Fazio of East Troy; her grandchildren, Bella, Leo, Niko and Liam; and her sister Janice Calato of Chicago. She is also survived by niece and nephew.
