He was predeceased by: his parents, Delta Allen and Helen Allen (Risberg). He is survived by: his wife Renae E. Bouhl; his daughters, Sherri Curzi (Tom) and Shelli Allen; his granddaughters, Emma Joy Allen, Lilly Anne and Rose Marie Curzi; and his siblings, Gladys Smith, Roger Allen (Bev), Margaret Klade, John Allen (Diana) and Claudia Ostrum (Ken). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
