He was predeceased by: his parents, Friedrich Sebek and Anna Sebek (Nee Sternad). He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Ann Sebek and Kathryn Heather; and his grandchildren, Anya Marie, Nadya Love, Aiden Konrad, Kyle, Jarrett, Jacob and Elizabeth.
