He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Elliott and Athel Elliott (Dobson); and his sister Jaleen Linneck. He is survived by: his former wife Debra Perepell; his wife Deb; and his sister Karen Greene (Jon).
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials are requested in Kelly's name to the American Cancer Society.
