She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sammons and Helen Sammons; and her brothers, Chandler L. Sammons, Sr. and Joseph Sammons, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Veselsky; her daughter Becky Cortina (Michael) of Crystal Lake; her granddaughters, Samantha and Jordan Cortina of Crystal Lake; her brother David Sammons (Jan) of Walnut Creek, CA; and her sisters-in-law, Rosemary Sammons of Springfield, IL and Bennie Baptist of Sarasota, FL. She is also survived by cousins and relatives.
