He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Phyllis; his sister Kathy; his wife Sharon; his brother-in-law Kevin Waldeck; his nephew Dalton Waldeck; his brothers-in-law, Tom Kwiatkowski (Barb) and Gerard Kwiatkowski (Rene); his father-in-law Edward; and also, Millie Kwiatkowski, Molly, Bob, Cate and Sarah Waldeck.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, Jerry's family has asked that you make a donation to the Lake Geneva YMCA.
