She was predeceased by: her sister Carol Marie Markwell. She is survived by: her husband James Arthur Cusack; and her children, Deborah Stermer (Albert) of Lake Geneva, Diane Hincks (James) of Oak Lawn, Illinois, James Cusack (Mary Jo) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and John Cusack (Patrizia) of Chicago, Illinois.. She is also survived by Gramma by her 12 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family has asked that you make a donation in Jeanne's name to Voces De La Frontera.
