James M. Bartos Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2024, at the age of 70, James M. Bartos of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid James farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For James is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bartos and Dorothy Bartos (Zoellner); his brother John Bartos; and his pets, Sheba and Buddy.
He is survived by: his spouse Hyly Best; his sister Valerie Laine; and his pet Dudley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lazarczyk Family Funeral Home-Lake Geneva (515 Center St, Lake Geneva, WI 53147). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery - Lake Geneva (1101 Cemetery Rd, Lake Geneva, WI 53147).
In Lieu of flowers, memorials to the Lakeland Animal Shelter in Jim's name would be appreciated.
