In loving memory of Jacqueline I. Schmidt of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who departed this world on November 4, 2024 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Wendorf Scheithe and Henry Scheithe; and her siblings, Dolores Hildebrandt and Donald Scheithe. She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Wojt of Lake Geneva, WI and Karen Montalbano (late John Jr) of Wood Dale, IL; and her grandchildren, Laura Lindsay (Bob), Lisa Asquini (Peter), Linda Harrington (Chris), John Montalbano (Leslie) and Joseph Montalbano. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ehorn-Adams Funeral Home (10011 N Main St, Richmond, IL 60071). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
