She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennett Michael Gongola and Pauline Rita (Zak); her brother Richard Bennett Gongola; and her husband Joseph T. Mohar. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Mohar, Warren Mohar (Linda), Joseph M. Mohar, Karin Mohar, Jo Anne Vande Voorde (William) and David Mohar; and her grandchildren, Justin Mohar, Christopher Mohar, Joseph T. Mohar II, Miranda Morin, Karina Shimer, Crystal Meinzer, Tiffany Kubat, Michele Gutierrez Mohar, Michael Ian Losinski, Kayla Gaffey, Isaac Mohar, Kelsey Whitchelo, Aaron Whitchelo and Brittanee Mohar. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
