It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald F. Mulligan of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mulligan and Leeda Mulligan (McKune); and his son David "Dirt" Mulligan. He is survived by: his significant other Frances M. Southwick; his son Brian Mulligan (Patti); and his grandchildren, Megan, Traci and Presley.
