He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Marie (Zerbst) and William Martin Kimmet; his wife Gloria May Everett of Lima; his sisters, Mary Campbell of Lima, OH and Rita Miller of Lima, OH; and his granddaughter Jennifer Simonis (Sotos) of Memphis, TN.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Sotos-Barrera (Andres) and Mark Kimmet of Elkhorn, WI; his grandsons, Joshua Sotos (Tracy), Aaron Kimmet of Lisle, IL and Max Kimmet of Forest Park, IL; his great grandchild Kira Sotos of Madison, WI; his sister Carolyn Bretzius of Palm Desert, CA; and his brother-in-law Jon White of Lambertville, MI.
Family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's-- Walworth County.
