It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank J. Kaelbli of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, born in Burlington, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John; his brother-in-law Randy Blackburn; and his nephew Nic Blackburn. He is survived by: his sisters, Deb Kaelbli (Christian Cliffgard) and Diane Blackburn (Randy); his nephew Randy; and his nieces, Melisa, Amanda and Tiffany. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
