He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Haseley of Mary's Church; his siblings, Warren Haseley (Bernice), Phyllis Klopp (Gerald), Leonard "Skip" Haseley (Betty Jane), Carol Entress (Lawrence "Red") and Donald Haseley (Lillian); his brother-in-law Paul "Duke" Swatek; and his parents, Agnes Richert and Eugene Haseley.
He is survived by: his sister Nancy Swatek of Lake Geneva, WI; his daughters, Gail Berman of Buffalo Grove, IL, Holly Haseley of Pewaukee, WI and Liz Haseley (Mark Dvorak) of Madison, WI; his grandson Mark Berman; and his great grandchildren, Blake Berman of Buffalo Grove, IL, Ashley McHenry (Josh) of Austin, TX and Killian Gould (Chelsea) of Chicago, IL..
