He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Grunden and Elsie Grunden (Rudsenske); his siblings, Beverly Schenk (Norman), Walter Jr. (Marie) and Sandra Piper (Raymond); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Scott-Roberts and Marjorie Goergen.
He is survived by: his wife Helen A. Erickson; his children, Michael Grunden and Julie Predmore (Robert); his grandchildren, Devin Seitz and Connor Grunden; and his brothers-in-law, John Erickson (Beverly) and Ron Goergen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
