She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William, Gladys Parry, Dorothy and Donald Brenizer. She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Leffelman and Kathy Leffelman (Parry); her brother Dilon Leffelman (Nikki Bares); and her niece Kinley Ann Leffelman. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives, and many friends.
