David Hackett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021, at the age of 91, David Hackett of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, born in Boulder, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his brother Jon Terry; his daughter Melanie R. Domino; his grandchildren, Vincent DS Domino, Michael J Domino, Felecia S Chan, Olivia S Chan, Bruce A. and Mathew J. Hackett; and his pets, Layla and Button. He is also survived by seven Great Grandchildren.
