She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Bolla (James) and Ida Bolla; her brother Louie Bolla (Audrey); her son Paul; her husband Leon; her granddaughter Anna; and her brother Jim.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Rosenquist (Kurt), Janice Sokolik (Steve) and Cathy Mierow (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Eric, Matthew, Emily, Steven, James, Michael, Catherine, Cara and Kate. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family has asked that you make a donation in Catherine's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
