He is survived by: his children, Diane Foster (Jim) of San Antonio, TX, Debbie Ipsen (Jim) of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Dorie Boetcher (Steve) of Eau Claire, WI, David Johnson (Nieves) of Gurnee, IL and Denise Johnson; his grandchildren, Matt Foster (Angela) of Katy, TX, Erin Provazek (David) of Bryan, TX, James Andrew Foster (Sarah) of San Antonio, TX, Ross Ipsen of El Paso, TX, Tim Ipsen (Elissa) of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Lindsay Thalacker (Scott) of Los Alamos, NM and Ashley Collins (Eric) of Arvada, CO; his great grandchildren, Leslie, David, Lauren, Kristen Provazek, Emily, Alice Foster, Elise Thalacker, Monty Collins and Emory Ipsen; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Kreul of Clovis, CA and Greg Adkins (Margie) of Woodman, WI. He is also survived by his cousins and nephews; and many friends.
