He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Sienkowski and Wanda Sienkowski (Czosnyka). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Schoneich; his son Steven; his daughter-in-law Kissairis; his brother Thomas Sienkowski; and his siblings-in-law, Andy Schoneich (Diane) and Caroll Pearson.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials are requested in Tony's name to: The Lakeland Animal Shelter or Aurora at Home Hospice.
