He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rogge and Katherine Rogge (Podrasky); his son-in-law Chris; his siblings, Richard Rogge and Kathleen Rogge; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Senzig, Jerry Ryzek, Lillian Rogge and Evelyn Rogge.
He is survived by: his spouse Linda; his children, Rhonda Bowler (late Chris) and Dorothy Hoilien (Tom); his grandchildren, Rafael Fonseca, Jr., Tiffany Klabunde (Andrew), Christopher A. Bowler and Pressley Bowler; his great grandchildren, Jade, Angie, Timothy Sterling and Zechariah; and his siblings, Maryjori Senzig, Joseph Rogge, Ilene Ryzek, Mary Ann Gore (George), Donald Rogge (Pat) and Rosellen Jakacki (Casey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
