She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Riley Evans and Emma Vianna Evans (Farrell). She is survived by: her children, Paul Fay, Gary Fay, Karen Dawson, Barb Hookham and Bill Fay. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
