It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynn Adele Capener of Lake Delton, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Burris and Mildred Burris (Downing); her husband Dennis; her siblings, Robert Burris, Elaine Warner (Wally), Beverly Pikel (Gordon) and Cora Zamzow; and her nephews, Michael Warner, Greg Pikel and Scott Pikel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Holerud (Todd) and Erin Wagner (James Diaz); her stepdaughters, Rebecca Rundio (Michael), Valerie Halweg (Scott) and Jennifer Capener; her sister Donna Michael (Bill); her brother-in-law Dick Zamzow; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Benjamin, Anthony, Kayla, Connor, Evan, Dylan and Julia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as extended family and friends.
She was a longtime employee of the Kalahari Resort until the pandemic forcefully put her into retirement in 2020.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made out to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
