He is survived by: his friend Randy Rabine; his mother Shelbey Flamme Gillingham of Lake Delton; his sisters, Lisa Dobbs of Phoenix, AZ, Heidi Stanton (Erik) of Cedarburg and Melanie Gillingham of Monona; his uncle Durwood Meyer of Madison; and his father Kenneth Gillingham of Gillingham. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; and several cousins.
