He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Howard and Patsy Lou Howard (Snell). He is survived by: his daughters, Summer Howard of Ladysmith, Autumn Howard of Ladysmith and Hope Howard of Ladysmith; and his siblings, Terry Howard of Ladysmith, Gary Howard of Arkansas, Todd Howard of Bruce, WI and Virginia Howard of Ladysmith. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
